Bodycam reveals Arkansas husband’s distraught reaction after catching wife and son in bed

An Arkansas mother and her adult son are facing felony incest charges after being discovered by two family members on the same day in 2024.

Crystal Lynn Fallis, 45, and her adult son, Austin Dennis Lee Casey, 27, are facing incest charges in Arkansas following an incident that came to light in the most jarring way possible: not once, but twice, on the same afternoon.

Court documents say the pair, along with Casey’s brother, had spent part of July 4, 2024 drinking together at a home in Bono, a small town in Craighead County.

At some point, the brother fell asleep and when he woke up, he found his mother and Casey together. Rather than confront the situation directly, he left the house and went to a neighbor’s home to call police.

While he was gone, Fallis’ husband arrived home from work, unaware of what had just unfolded. After showering, he too witnessed the same scene his stepson had walked in on.

A bodycam video of the fallout has gone viral several times. It was first released in 2025 and been re-edited and reshared on TikTok several times. The video shows police arriving at the home and Fallis’ husbands disturbed and distraught reaction.

Arrests and charges for Fallis and Casey

Casey left the property before officers showed up and was tracked down and arrested shortly after. Fallis was taken into custody at the home. Both were held at the craighead County Detention Center and held on $35,000 bonds. They were also placed under a no-contact order.

A judge found probable cause the following day to formally charge both with incest, a Class C felony under Arkansas law. The relationship was considered consensual between the two adults, so no additional charges related to assault were filed.

What could happen next

Under Arkansas law, a Class C felony conviction carries a possible sentence of three to ten years behind bars, along with a fine of up to $10,000.

A court hearing had been scheduled for late August 2024, but there has been no widely reported update on how the case has since progressed.

Common back-pain drug may be linked to higher dementia risk, large study finds

A pain medication that millions of Americans rely on for chronic back pain may come with a hidden risk: a significantly higher chance of developing dementia or other cognitive problems, according to a major new study. Compared 26,000 adults Researchers from Case Western Reserve University and several partner institutions analyzed medical records from 68 health systems across the U.S., comparing 26,414 adults prescribed gabapentin for persistent low-back pain with a matched group who had similar pain — but didn’t take the drug. Their finding was sobering: Adults who received six or more gabapentin prescriptions were 29% more likely to be diagnosed with dementia and 85% more likely to develop mild cognitive impairment (MCI) within 10 years. The risk wasn’t limited to older adults. In fact, it was younger Americans who saw the most dramatic increases. Younger adults saw shocking risk increases For people normally considered decades away from dementia: Ages 35–49 taking gabapentin ha...

Horrible childhood event shaped this Hollywood star’s journey

For years, this actress has delivered award-winning performances on screen, earning recognition and icon status in Hollywood. Yet her early life was anything but glamorous. Her biological father abandoned her before she was even born, and at 15, she was raped in her own home by a man who claimed he had paid her mother $500. Kidnapped by her stepfather Born in 1962 in Roswell, New Mexico, this Hollywood icon was the child of a brief union between her teen mother, Virginia, and an Air Force airman, Charles Harmon Sr. Her father deserted her then-18-year-old mother after a two-month marriage, long before she was born. Instead, when the actress was just three months old, her mother married a newspaper advertising salesman. Because her stepfather often switched jobs, the family relocated frequently. ”I was desperate for a sense of belonging so I adopted different characters wherever I went,” she once reflected. Her early years were marked by constant moves, fueled by her parents’ alco...
