ชัดเจน! กองปราบฯ ชี้เเจงแล้ว หลังลือสะพัด ปมตรวจสอบวัดจุฬามณี


 
เมื่อวันที่ 14 กันยายน 2569 มีรายงานความคืบหน้าการตรวจสอบกรณี สมีโชติ หรือนายอติโชติ อดีตเจ้าอาวาสวัดพุทไธศวรรย์ จ.พระนครศรีอยุธยา และนางสาวปุณยวีร์ หรือ สีกาเอ๋ ซึ่งถูกกล่าวหาว่ามีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการเบียดบังเงินของวัดว่า ขณะนี้เจ้าหน้าที่อยู่ระหว่างรวบรวมและตรวจสอบพยานหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยให้ความสำคัญกับการตรวจสอบเส้นทางการเงินเป็นประเด็นสำคัญ



สำหรับการตรวจสอบในส่วนดังกล่าว เจ้าหน้าที่ยังอยู่ระหว่างรอข้อมูลและเอกสารจากสำนักงานป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงิน (ปปง.) ซึ่งจะนำมาใช้ประกอบการตรวจสอบ โดยคาดว่าจะได้รับข้อมูลภายในสัปดาห์นี้ จากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่จะนำข้อมูลทั้งหมดมาพิจารณาอย่างละเอียด โดยเฉพาะประเด็นความเชื่อมโยงของบุคคลต่าง ๆ ที่อาจเกี่ยวข้องกับคดี



พล.ต.ต.พัฒนศักดิ์ บุบผาสุวรรณ ผู้บังคับการกองปราบปราม (ผบก.ป.) กล่าวว่า หากการตรวจสอบพยานหลักฐานพบเส้นทางหรือข้อมูลที่เชื่อมโยงไปถึงบุคคลใด และพบว่าบุคคลดังกล่าวอาจมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการกระทำความผิด เจ้าหน้าที่จะดำเนินการเรียกมาสอบปากคำ เพื่อรวบรวมข้อเท็จจริงและดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนของกฎหมายต่อไป



ส่วนกรณีมีกระแสข่าวเกี่ยวกับการเข้าตรวจสอบที่วัดจุฬามณี จ.สมุทรสงครามนั้น ขณะนี้ยังไม่ทราบว่าข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาจากแหล่งใด เนื่องจากในส่วนของกองบังคับการปราบปรามยังไม่มีการดำเนินการในประเด็นดังกล่าว และยืนยันว่าเรื่องนี้ไม่ใช่การดำเนินการของกองบังคับการปราบปรามแต่อย่างใด
