เปิดวงจรปิดระทึก นาที ร.ต.ต. บุกหาครูเปิ้ล หดหู่ ไม่มีโอกาสได้หนี


 

จากกรณีเมื่อเวลา 10.30 น. วันที่ 9 กันยายน 2569 ร.ต.อ.มะโนต ทิพย์เวช รอง สว.(สอบสวน) สภ.บางละมุง ได้รับแจ้งเหตุบุกยิงครูภายในอาคารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาลหนองปลาไหล หมู่ 3 ต.หนองปลาไหล อ.บางละมุง จ.ชลบุรี จึงรายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ ก่อนนำกำลังพร้อม พ.ต.อ.สราวุธ นุชนารถ ผกก.สภ.บางละมุง ตำรวจชุดสืบสวน ตำรวจสายตรวจ และหน่วยกู้ภัยมูลนิธิสว่างบริบูรณ์ฯ เมืองพัทยา เดินทางไปตรวจสอบ



เมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ไปถึง พบครูและนักเรียนชั้นเตรียมอนุบาลประมาณ 44 คน อยู่ในอาการตกใจและหวาดกลัว เจ้าหน้าที่จึงตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยโดยรอบ ก่อนอพยพเด็กนักเรียนออกจากอาคารเรียนเพื่อความปลอดภัย

ตรวจสอบบริเวณทางเดินหน้าห้องเรียนชั้นล่างของอาคาร ซึ่งเป็นอาคารสูง 2 ชั้น พบศพหญิง ทราบชื่อ “ครูเปิ้ล” อายุ 48 ปี สวมเสื้อยืดคอปกสีเหลือง นุ่งกางเกงขายาว ถูกอาวุธปืนไม่ทราบขนาดยิงเข้าบริเวณด้านกกหูซ้าย 1 นัด เสียชีวิตในที่เกิดเหตุ



ขณะที่ภาพจากกล้องวงจรปิดสามารถบันทึกเหตุการณ์สำคัญเอาไว้ได้อย่างชัดเจน โดยก่อนเกิดเหตุพบพยานยืนอยู่บริเวณใกล้จุดเกิดเหตุ ก่อนที่ครูเปิ้ลจะเดินออกมาจากห้องเรียน จากนั้น “หมวดพงษ์” ผู้ก่อเหตุ ซึ่งเป็นสามีของครูเปิ้ลได้เดินถืออาวุธปืนตรงเข้ามาหาครูเปิ้ล



จากภาพพบว่า ทั้งสองมีลักษณะคล้ายพูดคุยหรือโต้เถียงกัน ก่อนที่หมวดพงษ์จะขึ้นลำอาวุธปืน และเดินเข้าไปจนถึงระยะประชิด จากนั้นใช้อาวุธปืนยิงใส่ครูเปิ้ล 1 นัด จนร่างล้มลงแน่นิ่งทันที ท่ามกลางความตกใจของพยานและผู้ที่อยู่ในบริเวณดังกล่าว ซึ่งต่างพากันวิ่งหนีเพื่อเอาตัวรอด

หลังเกิดเหตุ หมวดพงษ์ยังยืนมองร่างของครูเปิ้ลอยู่พักหนึ่ง ก่อนเดินออกจากอาคารและกลับขึ้นรถเก๋งสีขาว ขับออกจากพื้นที่ทันที โดยเหตุการณ์ทั้งหมดเกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว ไม่มีใครทันได้ตั้งตัว



ด้านพยาน อายุ 57 ปี ผู้เห็นเหตุการณ์ เปิดเผยว่า ก่อนเกิดเหตุเห็นหมวดพงษ์ขับรถเก๋งมาจอด ก่อนเดินเข้าไปหาครูเปิ้ลและมีการพูดคุยกัน จากนั้นได้ยินเสียงปืนดังขึ้น 1 นัด ทุกอย่างเกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้ผู้ที่อยู่บริเวณดังกล่าวต่างตกใจและพากันหาที่หลบ ก่อนที่ชายคนดังกล่าวจะเดินกลับไปขึ้นรถเก๋งสีขาวและขับออกไป

ส่วนพยานอีกคนให้การว่า ได้ยินเสียงปืนดังขึ้น 1 นัด หลังเกิดเหตุไม่มีใครกล้าออกมาดูสถานการณ์ โดยครูผู้ดูแลเด็กได้ปิดประตูเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เด็กนักเรียนออกมาด้านนอก กระทั่งเวลาผ่านไปประมาณ 20 นาที จึงออกมาตรวจสอบและพบร่างครูเปิ้ลนอนจมกองเลือด ก่อนประสานตำรวจและกู้ภัยเข้าตรวจสอบ

สำหรับผู้ก่อเหตุทราบว่าเป็นตำรวจ ชื่อ “หมวดพงษ์” ยศร้อยตำรวจตรี นายร้อย 53 ขณะนี้เจ้าหน้าที่อยู่ระหว่างปิดล้อมบ้านพักของผู้ก่อเหตุ ซึ่งอยู่ห่างจากศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กประมาณ 3 กิโลเมตร โดยมีรายงานว่าเจ้าตัวยังอยู่ภายในบ้าน และยังไม่ออกมามอบตัว



ตำรวจอยู่ระหว่างควบคุมสถานการณ์และเจรจา เพื่อให้ผู้ก่อเหตุออกมามอบตัว ก่อนดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนทางกฎหมายต่อไป
