กักตุนอาหารทำไม! สนธิญา ลั่น! ไม่มีหรอกมหาอุทกภัย ฝนตกเพียงตามฤดูกาลเท่านั้นไม่ต้องแตกตื่น

  เมื่อวันที่ 25 กันยายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา นายสนธิญา สวัสดี นักกิจกรรมทางการเมือง เดินทางเข้าพบ พนักงานสอบสวน กองบังคับการปราบปรามการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยี (บก.ปอท.) เพื่อแจ้งความดำเนินคดีกับเจ้าของเพจเฟซบุ๊กชื่อ “ที’ ลมฟ้าอากาศ” ซึ่งเป็นเพจอวตาร ไม่ระบุตัวตน เพื่อเอาผิดตาม พ.ร.บ.ว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2550 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2560 มาตรา 14(2) ในข้อหานำเข้าข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จสู่ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยประการที่น่าจะเกิดความเสียหายต่อความมั่นคง หรือก่อให้เกิดความตื่นตระหนกแก่ประชาชน นายสนธิยา ระบุว่า สภาพอากาศในปัจจุบันเป็นเพียงฝนฟ้าคะนองตามธรรมชาติของฤดูฝน ที่ไม่มีมหันตภัยน้ำท่วมอุทกภัยอย่างรุนแรง หรือไม่มีเกี่ยวกับที่จะต้องไปกักตุนอาหารหรืออะไรก็ตาม หรือคนบุคคลที่จะทำธุรกิจเศรษฐกิจอะไรก็ตามไม่ต้องหยุดชะงัก นอกจากนี้ นายสนธิยายังชี้ว่า เพจดังกล่าวไม่ได้มีเครื่องมือ หรือวิชาการรองรับ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นดาวเทียมหรือเรดาร์ แต่เป็นการนำข้อมูลจากหลายส่วนมาปะติดปะต่อแล้วโพสต์เตือนเกินจริง พร้อมเรียกร้องให้เจ้าของเพจเปิดเผยตัวตนที่แท้จริง ไม่ใ...
