รวบคาบ้าน! หนุ่มเกาหลีวัย 67 หลอกเพื่อนร่วมชาติลงทุนอสังหาฯ เสียหายอื้อ

 

หลังถูกกล่าวหาว่าร่วมกับกลุ่มผู้ต้องหา ชักชวนเพื่อนร่วมชาติให้ลงทุนในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในประเทศไทย ก่อนพบความเสียหายจากคดีที่มีลักษณะเดียวกันรวมกว่า 147 ล้านบาท จับกุมได้บริเวณบ้านพักใน ต.หินเหล็กไฟ อ.หัวหิน จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์



คดีนี้สืบเนื่องจากเมื่อประมาณปี 2563 ผู้เสียหายชาวเกาหลีใต้ ได้รับการชักชวนจากกลุ่มผู้ต้องหาให้ร่วมลงทุนซื้อที่ดินและอาคารชุดในพื้นที่ จ.เพชรบุรี และ จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยนายฮันอ้างว่าสามารถช่วยดำเนินการซื้อที่ดินและคอนโดมิเนียมให้ได้

ครั้งแรก ผู้เสียหายสนใจซื้อห้องชุดและโอนเงินจำนวน 8.9 ล้านบาท เข้าบัญชีบริษัทแห่งหนึ่ง ซึ่งมีหญิงวัย 57 ปี ซึ่งระบุว่าเป็นอดีตภรรยาของนายฮันฯ เป็นกรรมการผู้มีอำนาจ โดยผู้เสียหายเชื่อว่าบริษัทดังกล่าวมีสิทธิสามารถขายห้องชุดให้ได้

ต่อมา ผู้เสียหายถูกชักชวนให้ลงทุนซื้อที่ดินใน อ.ชะอำ จ.เพชรบุรี และ อ.หัวหิน จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ พร้อมเสนอให้จัดตั้งบริษัทเพื่อให้ผู้เสียหายเข้าถือหุ้นและเป็นผู้มีอำนาจในบริษัท เพื่อดำเนินการลงทุนด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ก่อนมีการโอนเงินเพิ่มเติมอีก 89 ล้านบาท เข้าบัญชีบริษัทที่จัดตั้งขึ้นใหม่

ภายหลังผู้เสียหายตรวจสอบพบว่า บริษัทไม่ได้ใช้เงินทั้งหมดไปลงทุนซื้อที่ดินตามที่กล่าวอ้าง จึงเข้าแจ้งความดำเนินคดีกับกลุ่มผู้ต้องหา โดยคดีดังกล่าวมีมูลค่าความเสียหายเบื้องต้น 97.4 ล้านบาท

จากการสืบสวน ตำรวจพบว่านายฮันฯ หลบหนีไปพักอยู่ภายในบ้านพักในพื้นที่ อ.หัวหิน จึงขอหมายค้นและเข้าตรวจค้น ก่อนพบตัวผู้ต้องหาซ่อนอยู่ภายในบ้าน เจ้าหน้าที่แสดงหมายจับและแจ้งข้อกล่าวหา รวมถึงแจ้งสิทธิตามกฎหมาย ก่อนควบคุมตัวไปทำบันทึกจับกุมที่ สภ.หัวหิน และส่งตัวให้พนักงานสอบสวน กก.4 บก.ปอศ. ดำเนินคดีต่อไป

นอกจากนี้ จากการตรวจสอบฐานข้อมูลคดี ตำรวจพบว่าผู้ต้องหารายนี้และกลุ่มผู้ต้องหา อาจเกี่ยวข้องกับคดีที่มีรูปแบบการก่อเหตุในลักษณะเดียวกันอีก 3 คดี รวมมูลค่าความเสียหาย 147,579,278 บาท ขณะที่ทางการเกาหลีใต้แจ้งข้อมูลว่า นายฮัน ยังถูกกล่าวหาว่าก่อเหตุในลักษณะดังกล่าวอีก 9 คดีในประเทศเกาหลีใต้

ตำรวจสอบสวนกลางฝากเตือนประชาชน โดยเฉพาะผู้ที่สนใจลงทุนในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ให้ตรวจสอบเอกสารสิทธิ์กับสำนักงานที่ดินโดยตรง ตรวจสอบโครงสร้างบริษัทและประวัติคู่สัญญาอย่างละเอียด และระมัดระวังการชักชวนลงทุนจาก
