พยากรณ์อากาศ 5-9 ก.ย. ทั่วไทยรับมือฝนตกหนัก คลื่นลมแรง


 
จับตา พยากรณ์อากาศ 7 วัน ไทยตอนบนเจอ ฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก ระวังน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก คลื่นลมแรง เรือเล็กงดออกจากฝั่ง

รายงานสภาพอากาศ ช่วงวันที่ 3 – 9 กันยายน 2569 ประเทศไทยต้องเตรียมตัวรับมือกับสภาพอากาศแปรปรวน โดยภาพรวมแบ่งออกเป็นสองระลอกสำคัญ



ระลอกแรกช่วงวันที่ 4 – 7 ก.ย. 69 ประเทศไทยตอนบน มี ฝนตกหนัก บางแห่ง ซึ่ง ภาคเหนือ และ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จะมี ฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก ส่วน ภาคใต้ พบฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ ต้นเหตุเกิดจาก ร่องมรสุม เลื่อนลงมาพาดผ่านภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน เข้าสู่ หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำ บริเวณอ่าวตังเกี๋ย ขณะที่ มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง ส่งผลให้ คลื่นลม ทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมี คลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร และจุดที่มี ฝนฟ้าคะนอง คลื่นจะสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร

ระลอกถัดมาช่วงวันที่ 8 – 9 ก.ย. 69 สถานการณ์จะทวีความรุนแรงขึ้น ฝนกระจายตัวกว้างขึ้นและตกหนักหลายพื้นที่ โดยเฉพาะ ภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และ ภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก ที่เสี่ยงเจอ ฝนตกหนักมาก บางแห่ง ปัจจัยมาจากร่องมรสุมเลื่อนต่ำลงมาพาดผ่านภาคกลางและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้มีกำลังแรงขึ้น ทะเลอันดามันตอนบนคลื่นลมแรงชัดเจน มี คลื่นสูง 2 – 3 เมตร หากมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง คลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ส่วนอ่าวไทยตอนบนและทะเลอันดามันตอนล่าง คลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร

ประชาชนในพื้นที่ ประเทศไทยตอนบน ต้องเฝ้าระวังอันตรายจาก ฝนตกสะสม และฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากตลอดช่วง เสี่ยงต่อการเกิด น้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก และ น้ำล้นตลิ่ง โดยเฉพาะคนที่มีบ้านเรือนหรือใช้ชีวิตใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ด้านการสัญจรทางน้ำ ชาวเรือ ควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง หลีกเลี่ยงบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง และย้ำชัดเจนว่า เรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่ง ในช่วงวันที่ 8 – 9 ก.ย. 69 อย่างเด็ดขาด
